Proclamation

1.  
   1. This GAZETTE is issued provisionally, (ERRORS AND OMISSIONS) excepted, as a Notice only. An entry appearing in this 
      Notification does not in itself confer any right or privilege independently on any Candidate for the grant of a Certificate which will 
      be issued under the Rules/ Regulation on the basis of the original record in the Board's Office.
   2. Every care has been taken to see that the Result is Accurate. The Board however does not hold itself responsible for any omission or mistake of result in the GAZETTE.
   3. The Board reserves the right of rectifying errors and omission in the results any time.
2. The result of Regular Candidates alongwith their Detailed Marks Certificate are being sent to the Principal of their respective colleges.
3. Private Candidates can collect their D.M.C's from the following Head Quarters.

   District Swat	GHS No.4 Mingora, Swat.
   District Buner	GHS No.1 Daggar, Buner.
   District Shangla	GHS Alpurai , GHS Puran

4.  
   1. Candidates of Part-I & II who have got through in at least THREE subjects carrying three hundred Marks are allowed to reappear 
      in the remaining subjects.
   2. Candidates of Part-I & II who fail to clear at least three subjects carrying three hundred Marks will have to reappear in all the subjects in subsequent Examination. Such candidates have been declared "FAILED" in the Result GAZETTE.
   3. Candidates of Part-I & II who have to reappear in one or more papers / subjects are required to clear the papers / subjects in three consecutive attempts in three successive examinations starting from first appearance in Part-II examination.
   4. No supplementary examination will be held for the candidates failing in Part-I examination. They will however to allowed to clear the failed papers / subjects in the next Annual Examination.
5. Passing in both Theory and Practical is necessary.
6. CANDIDATE MUST CONSULT ERRATA.
